Policies for Residential Cleaning

We prohibit use of tall ladders or heavy lifting (Anything over 30lbs). If you would like us to clean behind your appliances or furniture, please have the items moved prior to our arrival to allow us access to the area.

We do not clean the screen of any computers or flat screen TV's.

We no longer clean any type of chandeliers because of the liability.



Appointment cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance or a service fee will be applied.
